<p>蛀牙，其實就是<strong>牙齒被口腔裡的細菌慢慢侵蝕、破壞</strong>的過程</p>
<p>這些細菌平常就住在我們嘴巴裡，它們最喜歡我們吃的「糖分」，只要你一吃甜食或喝含糖飲料，細菌就開始大量繁殖，並產生酸。這些酸會把牙齒最外層的「琺瑯質」溶解掉，時間一久，就會形成蛀洞</p>
<p>簡單說：<strong>蛀牙=細菌＋食物＋時間＋牙齒沒清乾淨</strong></p>

<p>1️⃣ <strong>口腔細菌</strong></p>
<p>最主要的罪魁禍首是「變形鏈球菌」，它會將你吃進去的糖轉換成酸，直接攻擊牙齒表面</p>
<p>2️⃣ <strong>食物</strong>（特別是含糖、黏性食物、酸的食物）</p>
<p>糖果、手搖飲、餅乾、甚至精緻澱粉（像白麵包）都會轉化成細菌愛吃的糖分。酸的食物則是會腐蝕掉牙齒表面琺瑯質，造成牙齒更容易蛀牙</p>
<p>3️⃣ <strong>牙齒</strong></p>
<p>如果牙齒排列比較擁擠難以清潔、後牙牙齒溝槽比較深，或是牙齒先天鈣化不全，就會更容易被侵蝕</p>
<p>4️⃣ <strong>時間</strong></p>
<p>只要牙齒表面有糖＋細菌＋酸，停留的時間夠久，蛀牙就會慢慢產生。<strong>所以不是吃糖，而是「吃糖後沒有好好清潔」才是問題</strong></p>

<p>1️⃣<strong>白白的斑點（初期）</strong><br />牙齒琺瑯質表面出現粉白色、霧霧的斑點？可能是琺瑯質開始脫鈣了！<br />這時候還有機會藉由「再鈣化」回健康的齒質</p>
<p>2️⃣<strong>小黑點、小凹洞（中期）</strong><br />細菌突破琺瑯質，開始蛀到更裡面的「象牙質」，這時候有可能吃冷的、熱的、甜的會酸酸的感覺，這時候就要補牙了！</p>
<p>3️⃣<strong>明顯黑洞＋牙痛（後期）</strong><br />蛀牙更深，已經靠近牙神經，可能會自發性的痛、甚至感染腫起來，太嚴重的蛀牙就可能需要做根管治療（抽神經）了!</p>

<p>牙菌斑與牙結石都是細菌的大本營，身體的免疫系統會對它們發起反應，也就是我們說的「發炎」。長期發炎會破壞牙齦與齒槽骨，導致牙齒的支持結構受損，產生牙齒搖動、鬆動等問題。</p>

<p>這裡有幾個實用又有效的方法，可以幫你把蛀牙機率降到最低：</p>

<p>✅ <strong>正確刷牙，餐後馬上刷牙</strong></p>
<p>飯後刷牙搭配使用含氟牙膏，可以強化牙齒、幫助再礦化。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>每天使用牙線</strong></p>
<p>牙刷刷不到的地方，牙線可以幫忙。牙縫常常是細菌和食物殘渣的「死角」，不清會慢慢蛀。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>控制進食時間</strong></p>
<p>正餐吃完的半小時內可以喝飲料、吃甜點、吃水果，但吃完喝完以後一定要馬上刷牙，而且在下一個正餐之前，只能喝水或無糖茶葉，黑咖啡、氣泡水也會增加蛀牙機率喔。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>有進食就刷牙</strong></p>
<p>有進食就要刷牙，只有漱口是沒有用的，就像洗澡我們不會只有用水沖，而是會需要物理性質的搓洗，牙齒刷過才會乾淨喔。</p>
<p>但也不需要每次進食都非常認真刷很大力，一天三餐飯後認真刷，中間吃點心以後輕輕刷，避免牙齒或牙齦因為刷太用力太多次而受傷喔。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>定期看牙醫</strong></p>
<p>定期給牙醫師洗牙、拍攝Ｘ光、口內檢查，可以早期發現蛀牙，避免拖到會痛、需要抽神經、甚至拔牙喔。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>水不能喝太少</strong></p>
<p>水喝太少或是口水分泌太少，都可能大幅增加蛀牙機率。建議適度的增加喝水頻率，但小心過量而導致水中毒或電解質失衡喔。</p>
<p>✅ <strong>特別建議：兒童與高風險族群</strong></p>
<p>建議考慮塗氟保護牙齒，或做窩溝封填（封住牙齒咬合面容易蛀的地方）。</p>

<p>❌<strong> 迷思 1：刷牙越用力越乾淨，才不會蛀牙</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：刷太用力反而會傷牙、傷牙齦！</strong></p>
<p>蛀牙不是因為「刷不夠用力」，而是因為「刷不夠徹底」。刷牙重點是技巧、位置、次數，而不是刷牙的力量，學習貝氏刷牙法和刷牙力量，才是正確的潔牙守則喔。</p>

<p>❌ <strong>迷思 2：牙齒沒痛，就沒有蛀牙</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：早期蛀牙通常沒有症狀！</strong></p>
<p>很多人等到牙痛才看牙醫，但事實上，蛀牙早期幾乎不會痛，等到開始痛，通常已經傷到牙神經了。這也是為什麼建議最少每半年定期檢查，可以早期發現、早期補救。</p>

<p>❌ <strong>迷思 3：小蛀牙不處理，自己會好起來</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：蛀牙一旦形成，只會越來越大！</strong></p>
<p>蛀牙不像傷口會自己癒合，只要有蛀洞，細菌就會繼續往牙齒深層擴散。不補起來，最後可能需要抽神經、甚至拔牙。提早處理反而花費更少、痛苦更小。</p>

<p>❌ <strong>迷思 4：吃完東西到底多久才刷牙</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：吃完酸性食物後，應該等30分鐘再刷？</strong></p>

<p>❌ <strong>迷思 5：乳牙反正會換，不用太在意蛀牙</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：乳牙蛀牙也會痛，甚至影響恆牙生長與咬合！</strong></p>
<p>乳牙是孩子學習咀嚼、發音與正常發育的重要工具，<strong>乳牙蛀牙會導致牙痛、咀嚼困難、營養不良，乳牙蛀牙太嚴重，甚至可能會感染到正在發育的恆牙，造成恆牙鈣化不全未來容易蛀牙</strong>。所以兒童的牙齒保健非常重要！</p>

<p>❌ <strong>迷思 6只用漱口水可以取代刷牙</strong><br />✅ <strong>事實：漱口水無法清掉牙菌斑！</strong></p>
<p>漱口水可以<strong>短暫降低細菌量與口氣</strong>，但沒辦法把牙齒上的牙菌斑清乾淨。<strong>正確刷牙和使用牙線才是清潔牙菌斑的關鍵</strong>。</p>
