<p>蛀牙的形成是一場「時間與酸」的攻防戰。當我們吃東西時，尤其是含糖或澱粉類食物（如米飯、麵條、餅乾），口腔中的細菌會利用這些食物中的糖分產酸，造成「脫鈣」──也就是琺瑯質的礦物質流失。</p>
<p>平時，我們的唾液會幫助牙齒「再礦化」，修補這些損傷。但這需要時間，約需 30～60 分鐘。</p>
<p>若孩子含飯不吞、吃飯時間過長，或整天嘴巴裡都有零食，那牙齒就會一直處在「酸性攻擊」中，唾液根本來不及修復，就會形成蛀牙！</p>

<p>1️⃣含食物太久、吃飯太慢<br />　　孩子吃飯拖延、不專心、邊吃邊玩，或習慣含著食物不吞，讓食物在嘴裡停留太久。即使是看似無害的白飯、麵條，也會在口中被分解成糖分，產酸時間拉長，牙齒就越容易脫鈣蛀蝕。</p>
<p>2️⃣零食吃不停、吃東西沒節制<br />　　三餐以外一直有吃的、喝的，像是含糖飲料、餅乾、糖果、水果乾等。每次吃東西，口腔 pH 值就會下降，進入酸性狀態，唾液來不及中和酸性，就又接著吃下一樣，導致牙齒一整天都無法修復。</p>
